CCCaster is a program for the not-Steam version of the game for netplay (with rollback + filibuster). There already was a similar program for Human action Cadenza, which did non have netplay natively.
Using it is really simple. You launch information technology, select Netplay, and enter the port to start hosting (you volition need to configure your router to handle the port redirection to be able to host). You so share your ip (copied to clipboard) to your partner via IRC, Skype, etc. who then copies/pastes it in the programme. You and so select rollback and delay values (employ the ones suggested).
